Okay so Charlie is in some serious trouble here folks.
Tom is too, but like...he’s dead (to the world), so he’s missing all the fear and suspense. It’s just poor old Charlie all on his lonesome, having a hell of a time with seatbelts.
And an incredibly large, stupendously angry alien.
