IF FATE IS KIND (BL)

LET IT GO

LET IT GO

Aug 02, 2026

Chapter 6 – Let It Go

Daisy walked into the living room, hoping to watch some television.

The mansion was unusually quiet.

There wasn't a single person in sight.

Just then, Alex appeared beside him.

"Sir, could you please go to the greenhouse near the training ground?"

Daisy blinked.

"Why?"

Alex smiled mysteriously.

"I'm afraid it's a secret."

Curiosity got the better of him.

Daisy made his way toward the greenhouse.

The moment he arrived, he couldn't help but admire its beauty.

Flowers of every color bloomed around the glass house, while a small table and chairs sat peacefully in the center, making it the perfect place to enjoy tea.

On the table rested a neatly wrapped box.

Curious, Daisy opened it.

Inside was a single letter.

Sorry.

Before he could react...

People suddenly appeared from every direction.

They all knelt before him, each holding a flower in their hands.

Together, they spoke.

"We are very sorry, Sir Daisy. Please forgive our rudeness."

Daisy stood there in complete surprise.

He never expected something like this.

Jesh slowly stepped forward while still kneeling.

"Please accept these flowers... and our apology. We truly are sorry."

Daisy looked around before asking,

"Whose idea was this?"

Without hesitation...

Everyone pointed at Jesh.

Jesh scratched the back of his head and smiled awkwardly.

Daisy couldn't help smiling.

"I forgive all of you."

One by one, everyone came forward and handed him a flower.

Soon, his arms were filled with bouquets.

"By the way, Sir," Jesh asked curiously, "what's your favorite flower?"

"I was wondering the same thing," Max added.

"We brought so many flowers... but what if none of these are your favorite?" William asked.

Daisy smiled warmly.

"I like flowers regardless of what kind they are."

He looked down at the colorful bouquet.

"But if I had to choose..."

"My favorite would be sunflowers."

"Damn."

Max slapped his forehead.

"We forgot to bring sunflowers."

Daisy laughed softly.

"That's alright."

He looked at the flowers in his arms.

"These are beautiful too."

"You're too kind, Sir," Alex said with a smile.

He carefully took the flowers from Daisy and placed them on the table.

"Since everything has been sorted out..."

Alex clapped his hands dramatically.

"Boss's loyal subordinates, including the juniors, will now entertain you."

"I shall serve your tea while you enjoy the performance."

Daisy blinked.

"...Performance?"

Before he could ask anything else...

The lights suddenly dimmed.

Everyone disappeared.

Alex gently guided Daisy to a chair before placing a cup of tea in front of him.

The lighting changed to blue.

Then...

Jonny walked onto the stage.

He was wearing...

A snowman costume.

"..."

Daisy stared silently.

The others transformed the greenhouse into a snowy mountain using decorations.

Then...

The familiar opening of "Let It Go" began to play.

Pfft!

Daisy nearly choked on his tea.

Jesh entered dramatically...

Wearing a tight blue dress with a cape that looked just like Elsa's outfit.

Unfortunately...

His muscular body made the dress look like it was fighting for its life.

"It's a ready-made costume," Alex explained calmly.

Daisy could only nod while trying not to laugh.

Jesh began singing and dancing passionately.

Meanwhile...

Max ran behind him, throwing white powder into the air to imitate falling snow.

William controlled the blue stage lights, creating an unexpectedly dramatic atmosphere.

Everything was going surprisingly well...

Until...

Riiip!

The dress tore apart.

Silence.

Then...

Daisy burst into laughter.

Everyone else laughed with him.

Instead of feeling embarrassed, Jesh proudly struck several poses, showing off his muscular physique as if it had all been part of the performance.

Daisy clapped enthusiastically.

It became one of the most enjoyable evenings he had experienced in a long time.

He laughed until his stomach hurt.

---

Later that night, Daisy returned to his room.

Just as he was about to take a bath, something caught his attention.

A vase.

Filled with fresh sunflowers.

A knock came from the door.

"I thought you said sunflowers were your favorite."

Leon leaned against the doorway with a small smile.

"I do."

Daisy smiled back.

"Oh, and one more thing."

Leon looked at him.

"I'll be coming home late tomorrow."

"So don't wait for me."

"Have your dinner and go to bed, alright?"

"Okay."

---

Meanwhile...

Leon was busy reviewing documents.

"Boss," Alex spoke.

"The head of the Crimson Organization from Ashford City has invited you to discuss a deal."

Leon nodded.

"Make sure enough guards remain here to protect Daisy."

"Yes, sir."

Alex continued.

"We've also received information that your brother, Nike, is on his way back to Asteria."

Leon's expression immediately turned cold.

"Make sure he doesn't set foot inside this mansion."

"Understood."

Alex hesitated for a moment before smiling.

"By the way, Boss..."

"You seem to be sleeping much better these days."

Leon answered without hesitation.

"It's thanks to Daisy."

Alex smiled to himself.

Of course it is...

Sir Daisy really is Boss's miracle.

---

The next day...

Leon finished getting ready.

His loyal subordinates were already waiting beside the car.

Just before getting inside, Leon paused.

A moment later...

Daisy came running toward the front door.

"Husband!"

Leon turned around.

"Can you buy me anything nice while you're out?"

Leon nodded.

"I will."

Daisy smiled brightly and waved.

Leon raised his hand and waved back before getting into the car.

Soon...

The vehicle disappeared beyond the mansion gates.

---

With Leon gone, Daisy had no idea what to do.

He spent some time watching television.

Then he read a few chapters of a novel.

But the mansion still felt lonely.

Suddenly...

He remembered the sunflowers.

Curious, he hurried toward the greenhouse.

The moment he stepped inside...

He froze.

One entire row...

Was filled with nothing but blooming sunflowers.

Daisy couldn't stop smiling.

His cheeks slowly turned red.

Damn...

My husband is way too romantic for a mafia boss.

What am I supposed to do with this crush if he keeps making me blush like this?

Unable to hide his happiness, Daisy happily picked several sunflowers to decorate their room.

---

A luxurious red car came to a stop outside Noctis Vale Manor.

The guards immediately blocked the entrance.

The driver stepped out angrily.

"Move aside!"

He glared at them.

"Do you even know who's inside this car?"

"We don't care."

One of the guards answered firmly.

"Even if it were the Prime Minister or the President, our orders remain the same."

"No one enters until Boss returns."

The car door slowly opened.

A tall man wearing sunglasses stepped out.

Nike.

He walked toward the guards with an intimidating smile.

"Move."

His voice was dangerously calm.

"Unless you want to die."

The guard instinctively swallowed.

"I'm sorry, Young Master."

"But Boss's orders are absolute."

Nike slowly reached behind his back...

Toward the gun at his waist.

Just then—

"What's going on?"

A familiar voice interrupted.
