Elino, a former war medic, embarks on a journey alongside two compassionate medical professionals, Myra and Nicholas, with the hope of helping those suffering from physical and emotional wounds.
During their travels, they discover an abandoned hospital that mysteriously remains operational. Believing they may be able to provide assistance, the group decides to investigate—only to encounter individuals whose twisted perspectives challenge their understanding of humanity.
As the situation takes a darker turn, Elino and his companions realize that their lives are in danger and must find a way to escape.
In this cruel reality, will Elino be able to preserve his sanity and hold on to his beliefs? Or will he be forced to abandon his ego and make the ultimate choice—ending a life in order to save the ones he cares about?
