How do I even begin to document this. Something is wrong. Very wrong. Either with me, or her. This rotation began as normal; simply her leaning over my shoulder, as she always does. But she caught something; the Agates and the Turquoise should be switched. She cited the density and copper levels of the different cuestas, and the importance of Agates under desirable conditions receiving a better drill angle. I’m a certified kindergartener. A trained technician. She’s just a Quartz. She’s meant to be a soldier. A laborer. Any of her competence should be in war strategy… not this. Is she spectacular, or am I just blind to the hidden talent in all gems? Is this her standard or was it just a fluke? A lucky guess?
I cannot lose my rationale over this one moment. I’ll study her intensely from here on out- she may never say such a thing ever again.
