Yeaaaa, that'd be a nightmare. Again, transcoded. A lot of people fear needles, and transition forces them to get regular injections. Obviously as a fanservice (I'm guessing, I was recommended to look at this) comic with the given species, something like this would be expected. Also touches on the struggles of a rarely covered part of the aro/ace spectrum: demiromantic hypersexuals, who often feel compelled to do something they frequently deeply regret.
