A short note: The story will gradually deviate from the Star Wars canon, as his adventure was never supposed to go beyond a simple vacation. The comic itself starts at the end of the Clone Wars and runs until the end of Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. Sticking strictly to the canon would be impossible—and frankly, there is no point in just repeating a plot you already know.
Unfortunately, the full storyline of Revenge of the Sith won't be included. I had to cut down the comic, as carrying such a massive lore "bible" on my own is extremely difficult, especially without any support.
