Growing up with the thought that something was wrong with her, Levi came to a realization that she wasn't like the other kids in the small village of Irelis. She was stronger, smarter, and most of all, had a higher magical affinity that the other kids. Eventually befriending a boy named Nez, they grew close and bonded over time, soon becoming a support for the other.
One day, while the two are reading in Levi's granny's library (who just happens to be part of the village council woot woot) they overhear a certain visitor will be arriving in their humble village. Curious and knowledge hungry, Levi drags Nez along with her to ambush the visitor under the pretense of Levi's assumption that the visitor is a strong mage of some kind. Little did the two know that this encounter would be the starting point of a world full of change where friendships are built, lives are lost, and hearts are broken...So buckle your seatbelts, we're in for quite a ride!
