Mince doesn't seem like a nice orderly anyway. He calls patients "crazy" and "not worth your time", I'm sure Ivy has overheard him at least once. He needs to get a job somewhere else if he's not going to treat patients with humanity. If I were Ivy, I'd have an attitude, too.
