In my job working for the city hall, I tend to see many scenarios like this. Mountains of garbage, burned cars and dog turds, cracked roads, crumbling houses (that occasionally fall on top of people) and so on... There is some beauty in my city too, but teen vandals and crackheads insist on destroying it. Its depressing sometimes :(
