"My Big Sister"

My big sister is Natsumi. She is 12 years old. Her name means summer. Summer is my favorite time of the year. I like it when it's warm outside. We wake up early and go outside to play. She always finds something exciting to do. She is like a boy and everyone wants to be her friend and play games with her. Natsumi always gets into trouble. One time we played baseball on the street and she broke a neighbors window when she hit a home run. My mom got really mad but somehow Natsumi got out of it. It isn't fair that she's not punished more, but she is very smart. She always does scary things but she is never scared. She can climb a tall tree really fast and she isn't afraid to fall down. One time she did fall but she got back up and climbed it again. She never gives up and that is why I like her.

My favorite memory was when everyone else went to sleep and we stay up in her room and read from her book of fairy tales. She never reads the stories right because she knows it will make me laugh or get mad. My secret is that I read all of the stories before she did so she can't trick me.
