So, I typically like to avoid doing topical humour, current events and such just don't remain relevant for as long as I would like. And I'd like to create timeless piece, frankly. That isn't to say I think the work I put out is fine art, but something that has relevance regardless of when you read...well that is what I'd prefer to be making.
HOWEVER, this goofy ass motherfucker spoke to me on a deep level and I just HAD to draw him. And a few others. Honestly, I had a lot of fun drawing this one, but I also went a little overboard in that I had 4 hours set aside to draw this and I ended up doing 8...oops.
Dang palmtree monstrosity seducing me with its...coconuts...
