Keenan doesn't bother taking his reading glasses on errands, since he usually doesn't need them and doesn't use his phone much when he's out (aside from answering calls).
If you're wondering how he was able to use his phone a few pages back but not able to now, here are a few reasons:
1) He can still see and recognize app icons
2) He probably has his aunt on speed-dial/priority contacts or something.
I cannot draw cars, inside or out.
