Suicide Squad opened to terrible reviews and still managed to get a pretty impressive financial start. Some fans took it so far as to make a silly petition to have Rotten Tomatoes shut down because they don't agree with the critics.
For my part, I'm much more liberal about movies (in some senses. Don't get me started on Star Trek Beyond). Critical acclaim doesn't mean much to me. I go in with the intense purpose of enjoying the film without caring about other opinions.
That said, this comic is more about Margot Robbie and Will Smith working together again after Focus. Unintended Sequels is a fun game some friends and I have played several times. A great one is that Revenant is a sequel to Inception where Tom Hardy's character is trying to wake Leo's from limbo.
There are tons of others. However, in this case, I'd seen Focus recently enough to draw some parallels. As you can see, Fi takes Anne's unintentional catch all the way.
