When it Rains

Back in 2009, we were struck by Typhoon Ondoy, where for the first time our house was flooded up to the waist. Makisig was 1 month old. It was a terrible experience.
I wrote this I think around 2012 remembering that event and imagining us having a light humor.
Filipinos amidst tragedy are naturally fun loving people and can still find a reason for a little laugh.
