We've reached the halfway point of Chapter 1, and with it comes this very dialogue heavy page. We get a look into Colton's head, and we finally meet the President himself. You might recognize his mug from all those propaganda posters. He seems like a real jovial and reasonable fellow, doesn't he?
I should also point out that this entire scene, which comprises this page, the page before, and the next page, was the most difficult one for me to write thus far. Finding the right words for this scene lead to plenty of words getting typed, then deleted, over and over. These are the words that didn't get deleted. The ones that conveyed what needed conveyance without sounding contrived. Whether or not I succeeded is up to time, and you, the readers.
