One of those times when you start painting, accidentally merge the layers, and say "meh".. So all done in one layer, in about 90min.
Was going for a vagabond look, with a mysterious arm he keeps covered with poncho cape thing.
*side note: Surprisingly my friend DJ SHWANN liked this concept sketch so much he put it in his character series "Shwann, Futuristic Samurai DJ" and commissioned a lot of great artists to draw him. check them out!
