I've decided the best way to get my poison ivy to stop itching is to scratch until there's nothing left that itches.

I got into the habit of slapping my itch(because I scratch so hard I rip the skin) and now I just randomly slap myself in the face sometimes(cuz I got a face itch) and people are like "why. just why. "
