PixelPlex - Wiliam ideas

I thought it might be easier if i tried to give Wiliam a clearer form, and then work back to a simple sprite.
But again my lack of drawing skills are getting in my way.
Something looks off with the face.
and not the top looks more like a polo-shirt instead of a blouse with the sleeves rolled up :-S
Can someone give me a hand?
