It does have the feel and look of One Piece ;^^ but there is a way to nod to your inspiration while making it your own too. One thing I would do is think about the story itself first. What do you want the comic to achieve? What do you want it to do for your readers? Does One Piece already fulfill those exact things? If it does there would be little reason for people to chose your comic even if it's good. They need to have something that they feel is that the other comic can't provide or at least have something that the other comic lacks/doesn't use to the fullest potential. (Maybe think of your comic as the Stardew Valley of comics, are you familiar with that game?) I think that when you adjust these core fundamentals of your comic the art style would be easier to adjust to something that would compliment the revised story better. :)
