One might wonder why there aren't more people in the medical tent right after a battle... The reason is that there are more tents reserved for that all in a cluster on the other side of the camp. This particular tent is for illness mostly, as well as minor injuries and supply storage. Chya risked the extra time to bring Eman here because of his general mysteriousness and rather alarming hair color. Thus the two staffing the tent are in less military-like clothing. They're reserves. Just fun FYI.
