If you look really closely she's playing Taric on the Howling Abyss (ARAM) with what appears to be a Mana Manipulator but since that's not in game anymore we can assume it's actually a Mejai's Soulstealer and what appears to be a Deathfire Grasp and a Rod of Ages which would make sense since when you look at her stats she has build mostly Ability Power and Movespeed. It could also be that she has Berserker's Greaves or Guinsoo's Rageblade, the latter of which is more convincing since she appears to have increased Attack Damage but that could also be either her ultimate since Radiance grants bonus Ability Power and Attack Damage or her runes which seem to be slightly illogical since Taric is either AP Carry, Support or Tank (Although some people play Taric in jungle which would be a proper solution)
EDIT: After looking at the picture of the 'Annie' (which is the same picture ._.) I found out that instead of a Deathfire Grasp it is a Mercury's Threads. Furthermore: She appears to play with a Fiddlesticks and an Ashe (who has just used her passive), she has the summoner spell Heal and (based of the fact that it's LoL) probably just used her flash. She is on the purple team and is losing heavily, her inhibitor is down and her left nexus-turret is too
