Might sound cliché but, it gets better. It's hard, but it does get better. Try to be your true self with those you trust, experiment with them being who you are, and fuel yourself with this.
I think one of the hardest things with being trans is that treatments cost money, and having a job while dysphoric is very hard. If you can, try to avoid job with social interaction and find something in which you're as alone as possible to avoid triggers.
