So, after three days of UPS not attempting to deliver a package to my friend's place (but pretending like they did), we asked them to deliver it to a different friend's house nearby. When we called to find out if it was out for delivery, they told us they didn't process the request. The next day, I called again, and they told me it was out for delivery, but it never came, so we called again that night and they STILL hadn't processed the request. It took two weeks for this delivery to arrive and now I'm getting angry all over again thinking about it. HA HA HA HA HA. T_T
