Her clothes are worn from years of traveling, selling her potions out of her bag. She was originally from Russia, having lived and traveled the country for years. She is an old lady now, her once red hair fading to grey, her face wrinkled and scarred from the years of being outside, traveling. However she does have something grandmotherly about her. She wears a dark cloak over her brightly coloured dress, which over the years have become more of a patchwork of scrap fabric, the cloak shielding her from the cold on nights she were too far from humans to find somewhere to sleep inside.
She is a stern yet loving woman, and carries a small vial around her neck that seems to contain stardust. It lights up her way on dark nights, keeping her safe.
