A party to celebrate Scout's birthday with his friends followed by a few weeks of vacation to pay his mother a long overdue visit. Scout has all reasons to smile - life is good.
The next time he opens his eyes. He doesn’t sit in the train back home. Disconnected from the Respawn device he saves a friend from a certain death. What they discover behind steel walls and the smells of death and chemicals, and how tightly this place has been connected with their fates for years is too much to comprehend in a few minutes. Only one of the truthes is clear: Scout wasn’t meant to wake up, and if they didn't hurry to get out of here, the mistake would be corrected.
