I don't think Momo's body "responding" is confirmation of his "secret love" for Kuro. The male body will respond to various situational stimuli that aren't necessarily indicative of sexual arousal. And even if it is sexual the body might still respond to physical stimuli counter to the mental state of the man. So it could be nonconsensual and arousal may still occur. That doesn't mean it has suddenly become consensual and the man who didn't want it now wants it. I'm fairly certain Momo still hates Kuro right now, but in his rush to play Kuro, he instead has gotten himself caught up in the moment. I believe any physical response is due to Momo's excitement in succeeding in getting Kuro's confession of love for him. However in his plan to fake things, Momo didn't count on getting his first kiss. He couldn't foresee how powerful and thrilling the sudden sensation to explore the feeling of kissing another person might be. I sense this whole encounter is going to give Momo some pause afterwards about "the plan." Especially if things start to feel a little too real.
