Lucio Guillermo is a 19 year old College student living in a small 2 bedroom apartment with his 22 year old roommate Eric Castle.
When his parents are unable to support him and his 2 younger siblings, Lucio resorts to moving into a small cheap apartment close by his college and gets a part-time job in a local bookstore. Once Lucio gets to his new apartment, it turns out that he would have to share it with Eric Castle, an attractive rich bum who makes money by doing nothing. Their relationship so far doesn't kick off as well, Lucio tries to avoid Eric as much as possible, while Eric tries to get as close to Lucio as much as he can, he even applies to work at the cafe located inside the bookstore that he works in! Will they ever get along?
