Halloween Tales: The Man With Plastic Arms

Now this concept I had for awhile. I created Fredrick after hearing a story one of my teachers told the class. It was basically a story about a nightmare. She saw a tall man with a black hat that was so big that it covered most of his face. And he had plastic arms. Often the plastic man would strangle her with his cold plastic hands. Now this dream was a dream that she had for awhile until she found a way to stop having it.
And thus, this was the concept that came out from listening to that story.
