And this is the part where he realizes something isn't right. Like the whole coffe thing, maybe by accident Misha and his team might have made a drug that brings up repressed memories and brings them into focus. And the drug triggers a specific taste that will conjur up an image and maybe depending on the size of the dosage it makes the image clearer hence the name outtofocus...or you know he could just be trying to preach the taste of coffe like the good coffe drinker he is.
