No Death, the conversation didn't stagnate because you're boring. This happens all the time.
Also, many people seem surprised/annoyed maybe(?) that Life isn't as cheerful, carefree and impervious as he seems. You barely know him, guys. If you expect him to be like this always, you're gonna hate him later.

Actually, the way Life isn't always so cheerful, carefree and impervious as we were first introduced makes me personally love him even more. I don't often find too many characters like this and I identify SO heavily with them that sometimes...it hurts. So, I really wanna thank you for this.
