We actually do this btw I'm not making it up or anything. It's really funny watching people stare at us holding/massaging/hugging/etc. this giant bag of water. But it actually works and helps keep u warm. I suggest u try it if you have to walk a long distance or something. Sometimes if I get ready early I will take a sharpie and actually write on the bag "thebagofhotwaterthatdoesnthaveanamelol". Oops forgot to mention that the bag has to be plastic hehe
