There’s always that one artist who wants to give up everything because they think they’re worth just as much as how many people look at their work, or on their own self esteem of said work, which can sometimes be little to none. Be sure to shower these friends with a lot of love.
To those who go through this, there’s being hard on yourself, and then there’s this. This feeling of simultaneously falling apart and wanting to pull yourself away from who you are. I don’t know your life story, or why and how you feel the way you do, but you don’t deserve these negative feelings. Easier said than done for sure, but it’s always good to talk to somebody when you feel the weight of the world on your shoulders.
Things can get better, just give the others a chance to talk to you.
