This delicious ice-cream looking man is Rockefellar Rhoads, the ship's (unwilling. reluctant. straight up kidnapped) record-keeper, book-keeper, and inventory-keeper. Connie and Misc were out on a planet, shopping, when they chanced upon Rocky in his library. For Misc, it was love at first sight, and for Connie it was accountant at first sight. They offered him a position on the S.S Homonym; he refused. They pleaded with him and tried to bribe. Again, he refused (who would want to leave his mansion of a library??). Accepting defeat, Connie and Misc instead opted to tie him up and carry him forcefully aboard. He eventually grew to love his job, but he hasnt let them know yet. Rocky also finds Misc's advances to be a mite forward, but he hasnt outright told her to stop so she hasnt yet. (He's really quite fond of the little floater)
His abilities are unclear, but so far they know that he's stronger than the average bear and twice as fear-inspiring when angry. He also has a photographic memory, but even he doesnt know if thats a patch power or just a gift he has
