I’ve been listening to this podcast( which sort of reminds me about Tales from the Afternow from a million computer years ago.) Night Vale is good fun to listen to and while others may have an idea of what they want Cecil to look like…well all I can see of him is his voice. Whenever he talks I see a light blue oscillating and broken up with ribbons of white. Cecil Baldwin, and by extension Cecil Palmer, also has a voice that puts me to sleep. Not in a bad way as if it were boring though.
Since I feel sound and thus voices, every voice creates a vibration or a hum in (or on? I’ve never been able to figure out how to describe it.) my skin. Somewhat like how you feel when you go to a rock concert and the vibrations from the instruments and speakers rattle everything, that’s what voices are like. Depending on the type of voice, this can be painful, it can be pleasant or, it can have the Enya affect and just put you to sleep.
Cecil Palmer is the latter. No matter what time of day it is, if I listen to his voice I’ll grow tired and have to break up the podcasts by listening to music or trying to draw something.
--Note: Updates Sporadically since my main focus is on my other Webcomic. However, I will add Synnie experiences as I recall them and experience them.--
This originally began as a blog in 2014 and I realized said blog had so many posts (many that I didn't make) that a lot of the artwork and stories I shared disappeared into it all. So, I'm going to post them here; consider it a slice of a strange life. These are taken from my experiences as a Synner myself. For anybody who was following my previous blog on Tumblr: Salutations!
