Uh oh, Pedro's getting desperate. Trying to get all that internet popularity.
Anyways, meet Joe! Pedro's smart and sophisticated friend who is always the reasonable conscience of their group. Originally a experiment dog from a faraway laboratory (yes, he is a lab dog ;3), Joe ran away a fugitive and must reside in a run-down alleyway to hide from his past......and now deal with the crap Pedro constantly throws in his face. Figuratively, of course. 'Cause that would be gross. He'd just leave if that happened. Although he lives in a new hellhole, Joe is ready to face whatever the city smashes his way, whether he likes it or not!
