So initially, when I got the idea about drawing a line-up of vice-admirals for a buster call, I thought I should try and mix characters whom we haven't seen interact in the manga/anime. Then to my surprise, I learned about these two characters with funny-sounding names, ''Momousagi'' and ''Chaton'', whom Oda introduced in the SBS volumes 74 and 75. I'm not sure if they're canon, but they were introduced as unsuccessful candidates for the spot of Admiral of the Marines during the 2-year timeskip.
This is my rendition of both characters :-D (see the woman with dark shades and the guy with a hat, to the right of Momonga).
