How are you guys doing?
I'm so tired :'D The weekend's been tough and I was working outside today (so cold!). I've also run out of my medication for Hashimoto few days ago... Thankfully, I'm going to receive it tomorrow, so it's going to get better :)

I'm surprised how close to home these last few episodes have been. I'm having my first psychiatry appointment this Friday since a year ago. I'm nervous that it will take a while to get the right balance of meds, but I have to do it. I want to experience the happiness of life. And it's a little but scary, but talking about it makes me feel like I'm not doing it alone. :j
