Hiring Practice

I couldn't help but notice this difference when we were sharing stories about how we were hired.
I exaggerated a bit on the jobs I had offered to me. Those are all jobs that I had at the same time as when I worked a costume shop. But I did actually apply for some of them or demonstrated a lot of skill to get them. But they were still basically handed to me.
By the way, this is the new format I'm going to test out for a while. Let me know your thoughts.
