You've really laid out the problems this character is facing, as well as us. I really like the way the priest spoke to the young man. But, like me, the poor guy was put down by the counselor. AK-47...machine...gun...mathematics, technology, physics, military, weapons--there are so many areas he could've searched out or been directed to. This is a very interesting story.
