What's admirable about Elle was she didn't let what Mias did affect her: 1.kidnapping, 2. faking her death, 3. manipulating her, 4. making her do magic against her will, 5. unwanted attention of sexual undertones, 6. not respecting her boundaries by stripping her while she's unconscious. Elle here is portrayed as a calm and brave character. Mias is a domineering, self-entitled asshole. Looking forward to character development in the later chapters.
