The darkness in the world is rising. A secret, hidden prophecy is missing. And it is up to six kids to do something about it.
Life has always been out of the ordinary for Jace Owens.
For the past eight years Jace has lived a double life. During the day he goes to school and hangs out with his best friend Kamden. But when the sun goes down, he keeps himself busy hunting down dangerous creatures with his Uncle. Jace and his Uncle Rich are Hunters. Human's blessed with amazing abilities to take down demons and protect humankind from evil.
But things are about to get even more intense in their quiet, beachside town.
After a series of attacks by low level demons, Jace learns that he and five other kids are a part of something bigger. Their fates are tied to a prophecy, one that binds them all together in both the past and present. Five different societies, broken up by lies, betrayal, and ignorance need to be mended. And it's up to The Safekeepers to do just that.
Eyes will be opened. Hearts will be broken. Choices will be made.
