To be honest, I'm not even sure WHY I wanted this thing... For all I knew, it could've been some sort of silent alarm, or something... But for some odd reason... It called to me.
My eyes were pinned to the bag and the thief's back, switching between the two every now and then. I could swear, I felt a rush of energy each time I breathed... Like something was keeping me from stopping. Like something WANTED me to chase this guy... I kept running, a grin pulling at my cheeks as I chased the thief. In a brief moment, I noticed the road ahead: An intersection was blocked off by police... It seems we were at a dead end.
