I managed to stop the man before he just after turning the corner in an alleyway, meaning that any police chasing after had lost him and myself... Giving me ample time to check out what this glowing *thing* was.
It looked like some sort of... Sphere, of sorts. It's kinda hard to put to words, but... It was a sphere shape, had lines running all through it, and looked kinda like it was... Beating. Like a heart. Whatever it was, it had something special, which only made me more curious...
