Jon Keeneye is a 15 years old boy who hasn't seen his parents since the age of five. These past ten years he has lived a normal life with the Kato family in Brightwood, Washington D.C, until one day when a talking cat, named Arvis (who claims to be a Martian) tells him that his life is in danger.
