Insect or spider like boss monsters are always a thing I like :D
They ARE on his lawn though. Spiders can be REALLY territorial and... I would not fight a demonic one near or at his home because he might have hiding places and traps for his prey all around.
Ladies honestly think they are tough but I see the scales on his side for now...
Also, web sucks and this is a magic spider so his web is probably highly durable and dangerous.
Not to mention spider senses and sonic waves.
