Thank you so much for the support my comic has gotten so far! I am incredibly excited to have finished the first chapter, and it was relatively painless, too! (bar a computer meltdown somewhere in the middle, but eh, it happens.)
As some might have noticed, I have started a Patreon and it has a handful of posts already. I'd much appreciated it if you checked it out.
Now, for some more comic-relevant news. I will not be updating next week, but that does not mean I won't be working on the comic!
I am going to spend the next week working on the thumbnails for Chapter Two. For Chapter One, I drew it on a page-by-page basis (which worked fine aside from some pacing issues) but I would like to prepare myself for updating twice a week in the near future, and for that to be in any way reliable, I will need to work up a buffer.
Eventually, with enough support on Patreon, it'd be great to even go as far as to update three times a week, but that is a distant goal.
I could stick with my current schedule till the comic is done, but according to my calculations, it means I'd have to work on it for FOURTEEN YEARS. So, yeah, updating the amount of pages I pump out needs to be greater than it is right now. :p
Ideally, I'd like to finish the comic in about five to six years - with "rainy days" taken into account.
Sorlan lived a decent life, filled with petty thievery and the occasional pining for adventure.
One day, after meeting the Aduial twins, Naneth and Lain, his pining comes to an end and he realises that perhaps adventuring isn't all it's cracked up to be.
