It's an important issue. Why do masters tie their dogs up, uselessly against a pole, as they enter dangerous territory unattended? A silly thing if you ask me. There should be legislation to upturn this law.

Maxie, short for Maximillion is my name. I am a dog. I am a small dog, but do not underestimate my brain power. I wrote and drew this entire comic.
