T'is a tie of all trades!
If it's not making much sense, think of it like this: The tie itself is a weapon and the colour within it is like it's 'sp bar' that depletes whenever it is used and slowly refills when it isn't. The amount of colour in the tie decides what the tie will become when used! Thus, the tie's function varies depending on how much colour it is holding.
