You can use the dough to make straight noodles too!! Simply flatten the dough and cut it with knife. That's the easiest way. Try this and let me know ^^

Just went online and bought tom yum paste so I can try the last recipe- I love tom yum but there is only one restaurant around me that sells it, and the ingredients are hard to find here in the US for making it yourself. Also I want to try tom kha because I've never had it before and it looks easy to make. Thanks again!
