I know you guys are ready to murder Life and torture him if he rejects Death in any way (and I totally get that), but I need to remind you guys not to make the mistake of shallow judgement and seeing this only from Death's side. In a relationship, the feelings of both parties matter, so you should also try to see it from Life's side and understand how it feels to be put in such a situation. Life is not purposefully making things difficult or make Death miserable, he is genuinely trying his best. He is very confused right now, and unsure of himself and his relationship with Death. And Death hasn't exactly been transparent about his motives before either.
Also, not all kisses are romantic. And the last one wasn't a positive experience, was it?
